Hi Bernhard,

you'll have to provide a XSL-FO fragment, so that we can help you.
Probably you'll see what the problem is, as soon as you examine it
yourself. Unfortunately I don't know, how the XSL-FO fragment can be
dumped with Oxygen before it is converted to PDF.
