font non-embedded pdf using non-ASCII characters

Hi,

I am trying to create a font non-embedded PDF file.
I use CJK fonts and Japanese glyph.
And, it is necessary to use 90ms-RKSJ-H in Encoding section of PDF file to
be created.

I found ENC_90MS_RKSJ_H in org.apache.fop.pdf.PDFCMap.
However, I do not know how to use this.

Could anyone tell me about this?
