No FOP source or javadoc files in Maven repo since 2.4

Hi

FOP 2.3 was published to the public Maven repo with sources and javadocs.  But from 2.4 onwards, only the jar is published.  Is there any intentional reason for this?  Could we please add the source and Javadoc artefacts back to maven?
