new docs development in trunk xdocs/docs_0_100

The new docs are ready for development in trunk at
the site-author/content/xdocs/docs_0_100 directory.

These were created by svn copy from xdocs/docs_0_90

So it is an evolution of the previous docs.

We generally do not update the old 0.8 docs unless
absolutely necessary.

(Please do not publish the website yet. I will do that
just before the release announcemnt when the download
mirrors are ready.)
