Gump and new Jetty

I just now upgraded our Gump metadata (r1070163) to refer to
our new packaged Jetty.

I see that Gump does build the head of Jetty trunk from the Eclipse SVN.
So when we are ready for that, then Gump can again help us with the
integration.
