Those facilities have become available since
we did our last release. I am not sure of the
process, so some-one needs to investigate.

It is a little hard to find, but see the links at
the bottom of a page, e.g.
http://www.apache.org/foundation/
there is a "Foundation Projects" section
then "Public Relations". Sally and each project PMC
co-ordinate.

As our dev list is public, i presume that we
Cc our private list. They will guide us.

By the way, there are two more aspects of
the release notes not yet done. Update some
off-site descriptions, e.g. Freshmeat and
Wikipedia.

Would Forrest people assist with that please.
