No it is not. But the issue has been resolved. The solution was to update to the latest svn trunk. But we need to remember that we have an issue with Forrest 0.9 on Windows and dispatcher, at least in some cases (too many variables in what we saw to pinpoint the exact cause of the bug).

I'll update Jira as well.
