RE: Batik and FOP - how to proceed

Hi all,

	I've stayed silent on this because I probably wouldn't be able to help.

	My preference would be to move Batik under XML-Graphics, then if
someone wants to start contributing or start the processes of 
refactoring
they don't have an administrative hurdle to jump through to get things 
"the
way they should be".

	I don't think I have much merit on this topic at this point so if the
FOP people don't want this "extra burden" I wouldn't begrudge them.
