Thanks Justin.  I have added a RANGER JIRA (RANGER-1159 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RANGER-1159>) to take care of this issue in the next releases - 0.6.2 and 0.7.0.
Ranger community will take care of this in the next upcoming releases.
