I have just integrated your contribution, the CVS is up-to-date.

Please run your tests against this version - I checked these samples and they 
look ok to me:

>    - 003-number-columns-spanned.fo.xml
>    - 002-merged-nested-tables.xml

The integration required some minor changes, as the testdocs did not compile 
anymore. I added the ITableColumnsInfo interface to better decouple the 
converter and rtflib packages, which also allowed me to create a dummy 
implementation for the testdocs.

Nested table examples in testdocs will need to be reworked as my dummy 
ITableColumnsInfo does not provide correct info, but I'm not sure how many 
people actually use the direct RTF generation, so this is probably not urgent.
