cvs server to busy?

Hope this is not off-topic here. I try to get the latest jfor source from the cvs server, using the commands cvs -d:pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/jfor login cvs -z3 -d:pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/jfor co modulename But all i get is the message: cvs [login aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any) Every 20th login attempt succeeds but then i get the message: cvs [checkout aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any) Is the cvs server to busy, or am i doing something wrong?
