proportional-column-width

I'm thinking about adding support for proportional-column-width by 
having TableColumnBuilder insert an Integer (instead of Floats) into the 
column-width ArrayList for each proportional-column-width spec, and then 
  adding a TableBodyBuilder callback that will take a pass through the 
ArrayList and convert the proportional-column-width units into twips.

I'm not sure how to get the total table width with which to divide into 
the proportional column width units (is there something like a page 
width or body width I can query?), so I might end up hardcoding that.

Any thoughts or interest in this addition? I'd like to have 
proportional-column-width support because my DocBook FO output requires it.
