InputSource needs an URL, doesn't work with most filenames.

For example, this works:

jfor 
file:///home/bert/work/jfor/samples/cocoon/tests/simple-tests/text-sequencing.fo.xml 
test.rtf

but this won't

jfor  
samples/cocoon/tests/simple-tests/text-sequencing.fo.xml 
/tmp/test.rtf

(this is linux, under Windows it might be even worse)

So in a servlet you might need to define a base URL used to access the input 
files, I guess.
