html2fo on Unix-SGI

Hi,
I built html2fo on Unix-SGI box using source code from
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=27031
It went fine with some warnings.But when I am running the executable with
argument (html2fo test.html test.fo),it is giving the "Segmentation fault" 
error.
If anyone have any idea,please let me know.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
