jfor is still fairly limited and does not handle all standard XSL-FO 
constructs as it should, so you might need slightly different XSL-FO 
documents for jfor and FOP.

Your best bet is to have a look at the xsl-fo samples provided with the jfor 
source code download, and look for differences between what you're generating 
and what works in the samples.
