page-number-citation

Hi :
I am new to jfor and I am using jfor-0.7.1
Trying one of the examples in
samples\cocoon\tests\simple-tests\fo-page-number-citation.xml

Even with 0.7.1 the page references are not updated by
winword. I still have to do ctrl-a and F9

Is this still an issue or am I doing somthing wrong.
Is there a work around for this..
Any help on this is appreciated.

my command line is 
java   -cp
c:/jfor/lib/xerces-1.2.3.jar;c:/jfor/dist/lib/jfor-0.7.1.jar
 ch.codeconsult.jfor.main.CmdLineConverter
fo-page-number-citation.xml  simple.rtf
