Hi Jan Vesely,

there is effectively a way to generate a TOC in your RTF document.
You have to use an XSL-FO document for the source document.
First, you have to add a unique 'id' attribute on each title (that may be an
<fo:block> element) of your document.
Second, you have to make a XSL template that scans the document and builds a
table referencing all your title (i.e. build a <fo:table> with
<fo:table-cell> that contain <fo:basic-link internal-destination="id value">
elements).
You have a sample of how making links and bookmarks in the
'samples\cocoon\tests\link-and-bookmarks' directory of the jfor release.

Hope this will help you !
