Unfortunately this looks like a plain bug - looking at the code (class=20=
PageBuilder), jfor pushes a new RTF container on its stack for every=20
fo:simple-page-master, which explains what you're seeing: only the last=20=
one is activated.
Fixing this would require implementing better management of these=20
page-masters, storing their attributes in a Hashtable for example and=20
recalling the appropriate one when a new page-sequence is found. Not=20
terribly complicated, let me know if you'd like to fix it.
