fo:page-sequence tag and it's master-name attribute

I have patched the JFOR bug related with fo:page-sequence tag and it's master-name
attribute. I have no idea if this solution is the best one, but at this point in time
it works. For those that are not related with this bug, it was NOT allowing us to set
different page sizes nor orrientation inside document. If somebody was stuck with
this bug, email me for working jar.
