Here are my answers to your questions - in several cases the best thing=20=

you can do is to look at the jfor XSL-FO example files, which show what=20=

jfor can and cannot do.

Please use the jfor-users mailing list for such questions, although it=20=

is very quiet now, at least questions and answers are archived if you=20
use it.
