Jfor command line on windows

Hello people ,

I would like to run jfor from line command in windows batch file (.bat)
The example on the site doesn't work :
=20
java -cp $JFOR_HOME/lib/xerces.jar:$JFOR_HOME/dist/lib/jfor.jar =
ch.codeconsult.jfor.main.CmdLineConverter =
$JFOR_HOME/samples/cocoon/minimal.fo.xml simple.rtf=20

-> class ch.codeconsult.jfor.main.CmdLineConverter  can not be found =
....
Where's the mistake ?
