error with proportional-column-width(1)

I run into this error when running jfor 0.71 with my FO file generated
from docbook XML:
[java] org.xml.sax.SAXException: IOException in IBuilder:
org.jfor.jfor.converter.ValueConversionException: conversion factor not
found for 'proportional-column-width(1)' units
Any pointers?
