Can you find out if the pichgoal value is wrong?
You can find more details in the source code of the RtfExternalGraphic=20=

class, which generates these codes.
I'm wondering if the value should be scaled like the picscaley value,=20
for example, but I'm not much familiar with this part of the code.

The thing is, apparently there is also a picwgoal code generated, and=20
this doesn't seem to cause problems.
