JFOR in Windows

I am hoping to see what JFOR is all about. So I have downloaded it and tried
to test it on a Windows XP environment, running it from the command line.

I have JRE installed (1.3.1_03), along with Xerces (2.6.0) and JFOR.

When I issue the command:

   java -cp <path to xerces>\xercesImpl.jar;<path to jfor>\jfor-0.7.2rc1.jar
ch.codeconsult.jfor.main.CmdLineConverter <path fo infile> <path to rtf
outfile>

...I get the following error:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/apache/log/Hierarchy
        at org.jfor.jfor.main.CmdLineConverter.<clinit>(Unknown Source)
        at ch.codeconsult.jfor.main.CmdLineConverter.main(Unknown Source)

Sounds like I am missing another download from apache.org...Any ideas?
