Image and Vertical Line

Hi! I'm trying to build a rtf document similar to my previous pdf's (made 
with fop). These have a logo in the region-start or left-margin and a 
vertical line which separates the logo and the text. The text starts at the 
same height than the logo.

In my rtf file, I have the logo inserted in the header (but the text starts 
below it) and I couldn't paint a vertical line separating the logo and the 
text. Is there a way of writing text at the same height (in word it can be 
done)???
