Is JFOR suitable for ...?

Hi All,

I am novice to JFOR. I need clarification on whether JFOR is suitable
for my requirement or not?

1. I have to generate a RTF document by getting the content from
Database. In this case I need to follow proper format i.e. I need to use
tables, header, footer etc.

2. I have to read the existing RTF document and replace few strings
of the documents with other strings.=20
=20
E.g. If my HelloTemplate.rtf is having text "Hi XXX, How are you?"
Programmatically I need to read the HelloTemplate.rtf and replace the
XXX with Name of the person say "Ganji".=20
Now the text of the document is "Hi Ganji, How are you?"
And store the document as HelloGanji.rtf.

Please provide me your comments whether JFOR is suitable for above
requirements or not.=20
Is there any other open source available to meet my requirements?=20
Even two different open source projects can suitable for my above
mentioned two requirements also OK for me.
