Table and Table Cell Borders

Hey,

is table borders implemented yet?
Or is anyone else working on implementing it?

My problem is:
If i use
<fo:table-cell border-top-style="solid"
border-bottom-style="solid" border-left-style="solid"
border-right-style="solid">

or
<fo:table-cell border-style="solid">

only the border-right is shown.
