new version + database extensions

i've just put up a draft, not-yet-finished tutorial on the new database
extensions ->

you can also browse a slightly updated site, and download the latest,
db-enabled version from the download section.

if you haven't already heard, the db extensions is an rdbms-to-xml
data binding system with connection pooling and transactions.

there's still work to do on transactions, with rollbacks and commits.
and an xml persistence engine, doing reverse data bindings!

as always, comments very welcome, both on the code and documentation!
