ObjectBox Release 1.1.1

I said it was being released soon,  didn't I!

Highlights in this release include:
* much improved Servlet support, with a new Filter implementation and 
request redirection/response/forwarding/error capabilities. This is 
backed up with a set of o:Lib types representing different response 
types.
* Struts integration - o:XML programs can now run inside a Struts 
application, with full support for Struts request forwarding.
* SSL support in the o:Lib Socket and URL implementations.

plus other fixes and improvements.
