there was a nasty bug that showed itself as duplicate elements attached to
the end of nodesets - typically variable values.
it had to do with copying nodes into nodesets and to the output -
sometimes the copy was deeper than it should be..

a fixed jar can be found here (also includes the new db module as well as
the new 'java:write' mapping):
