enabling extensions

This might not be very well covered in the docs.

Currently there are two extension packages that come with the ObjectBox,
that have to be enabled individually by passing the extension class name
with the '-e' flag to the interpretor (standalone ObjectBox) ->

Database Extensions:
-e org.oXML.extras.db.DatabaseExtensions

Java Extensions:
-e org.oXML.extras.java.JavaExtensions
