NVDL examples

Hi,

I'd like to produce a NVDL for the SVG Tiny 1.2 spec that basically says 
"any namespace that isn't (SVG | XLink | XML Events) is fine wherever, 
but it needs to be skipped in the validation". I think I get how to do 
that from the spec but I'd be a lot more confident if I had some 
examples to study (not necessarily precisely of this sort of rule, 
anything that helps me understand NVDL better is good) but Google didn't 
find much to chew on.
