Yes.  We would generally recommend that you have -server-root be  
distinct from -resin-home so upgrades will be easier.

I'm thinking we should add a log warning if server.root and  
resin.home are the same, suggesting that people start with a -server- 
root entry.  The actual solution might depend on how the new watchdog  
process ends up working.
