Resin parser and transformers configuration

I am using Apaches AXIS 1.3 ant I have configured the
Resin Parsers changing the resin.conf to use Apache
parsers. However I yet continue receiving the
exception
when deploying the web service.
  I only am able to solve the problem when I change
the
start Resin with the CLASSPATH pointing for  the
Apache Parser classes.
  Below  I send the resin.conf slice with the parser
configuration and the error I have got.
