I had some random issues with 3.0.18 that I could not reproduce on a different system, but they were gone in 3.0.19. All I did was upgraded the version. Issue was around apache not forwarding requests to resin. so everything was browse able.. When I did caucho-status though, it found that resin was running, but it didn't have proper uris mapped. I couldn't reproduce it and didn't find the need because 3.0.19 fixed it. At one time 3.0.18 worked like a charm too.. Its just that one day it decided to stop working with apache.
