OpenSSL with Resin Pro 3.0.15: "ordinal 53 could not be located"

I looked in the resin-interest archives for a solution to this problem without any success. Upon trying to start Resin from the command line via httpd, I get the following message in a dialog box, along with a nasty message in stdout.log about an UnsatisfiedLinkError from resinssl.dll. "The ordinal 53 could not be located in the dynamic link library libssl32.dll." I've tried the latest OpenSSL 0.9.8b and the previous 0.9.7j, copied the dll's over to RESIN_HOME, checked for other copies of the libraries lying around somewhere (none found). But I'm still stuck. Any help or pointers would be appreciated. Thanks.
