If you do this you can use the latest OpenSSL code with Apache (Apache tends to be more tolerant of version changes in OpenSSL) and not worry about Resin's required version. Apparently, different versions of Resin are extremely sensitive to different versions of the libssl32.dll and libeay32.dll libraries.
