I don't think this page describes what I wish... I don't see any 
different URL.
Let's take a small example: I want to register, at run-time, a new 
object (implementing some API known in advance) under a given URL...
An example would be a publish-session (initted by another WS-call) where 
upload-messages can be collected from.
