Followup-->facing problems with xmlrpc-c-0.9.9

I have also noted one thing that "kill -9 'pid-of-handler-process'" , 
where handler process is the one which is hanging in select system 
call after slave machine was switched off with "shutdown -h now" cmd,
creates new process to handles xmlrpc_client_call and then 
xmlrpc_client_call proceeds in new handler process without problem i.
e. it sets env->fault.occured and proceeds further as desired.
