Yes it's a struct XML-RPC return value.

Since it's a struct in XML-RPC value, you should strip it.
First define the member name, then extract the scalar value.

Here's the code:

$vidTitle = $myList->structmem("video_title");
$vidTitleVal = $vidTitle->scalarval();

echo $vidTitleVal;
