xml-rpc service C implementation compatible with HTTP or tomcat server

Hi all,

 I have an XML-RPC Service implemented in C and hosted using abyss
Server. Now I would like to make to host it on to HTTPD or Tomcat web
server.

         How should I go with ?

  Any ideas?
