XMLRPC Connection Pooling

Hi All,

Application is processing 1 million transcation, Java application uses 
XMLRPC to communicate to server.

during the peak load it open too many TCP/IP Connection in client and 
server as weel. 

-)whether xmlrpc supports  connection pooling?
-)whether xmlrpc supports persisten connection ? 

which method/http headers need to used?
