Not really, but as a workaround you could use the phpxmlrpc lib. If you
get the "extras" package, there is code that implements the same api as
the epi extension does. And it runs on php4. Of course it will be much
slower and memory hungry than the real stuff...

Apparently Zend and PECL and all the PHP sites have gone completely to
PHP5 and dropped all support for PHP4. That's fine for them, but my
web hosting provider doesn't want to upgrade!
Anyway, if anybody has a compiled copy of this DLL for Windows, could
you please contact me?
