Windows pstream based XML-RPC

Hi,

I was looking for the latest version of  windows base pstream xml-rpc.  I had a look at the xmlrpc1-13, xmlrpc1-14 and code in the trunk. The packetsocket.cpp in the trunk seems to be more  appropriate for compilation on windows.

Right now i compiling the code with MinGW-gcc,g++ compilers.  I did try the stable version + the pstream packages from trunk. It  worked fine with windows.

My only concern was if my linux server is using xmlrpc1.13. What would be the  right version for windows, considering all the availability of windows based pstream code too.

Suggestions appreciated.
