www.xmlrpc.com down?

I went to review the spec (working on a new parser for my Perl implementation)
and it looks as though the domain has expired with the provider. However, a
whois check shows the domain still owned by Dave Winer.

Has anyone else visited http://www.xmlrpc.com recently?
