request help with first XML-RPC implementation in ASP environment

The site at http://www.xmlrpc.com appears a little neglected. I'm trying to use XML-RPC in an ASP environment to communicate with a Shopatron secure checkout system. I have my XML, the destination URL and port, just need to know how to send the data via XML-RPC.

I have sent and received XML in the past by using an XML/HTTP utility called KHTTP:

http://www.rainfall.com/coding/khttp.htm

(towards the bottom of that page is info regarding using it with XML)

I'm not sure if that component is using a transport that is compatible with XML-RPC, I suspect not because it doesn't specifically mention it.

Anyway, if someone could point me in the right direction to get started, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!
