Do you want to set up a php xlmrpc client that sends requests to your c++ xmlrpc server, or something else?

If that is the case, you surely can find hundreds of tutorials on the web to build an xmlrpc client in php.

You even have a free online xmlrpc debugger - it's written in php, so it might qualify: http://phpxmlrpc.sourceforge.net/#debugger
