Proposal: Shut down this mailing list

Hi! I'm a moderator of this mailing list and I propose that we shut it down.

The traffic has been very light for several years and we don't get any questions or discussions about the implementation of XML-RPC any more (which is the real purpose of the list).

We get the odd question about deployment of XML-RPC services and these would be better handled if they were directed at implementation specific lists.

If there is no strong objection I would prepose to shut the list down at the end of this month (March)
