help maintain SAX lists/...

If anyone is interested in helping to manage the remaining SAX
lists (developers and users; announce is shutting down because
of SPAM) please let me know privately.  Help with the website or
other parts of SAX would also be good to have.

Even just ways to make sf.net filter out more spam would help.
Right now the list admin unfortunately needs to reject each
message by hand; maybe some other sf.net list admins have some
better ways to keep spam in the can?
