list shutdown (blame the spammers)

Hi, After deleting another 80 spam messages from the sax-announce queue, I thought perhaps it was time to just shut that list down. Too much noise competing for the desired signal level. Announcements have plenty of other channels to go out, like the website, other mailing lists, SourceForge news, and so on. So I'll shut the "sax-announce" list down soon.
